I have been able to use this mtnl mumbai settings for free GPRS but the speed is only 6kbps and not 60kbps.I am using 3G enabled phone and also tried selecting mtnl 3G network but there is no improvement in speed.Please provide me with the Speedy secure Proxy and port settings so that i get fastest speed

I am using MTNL 3G dongle.., when i try to add a new APN Setting it only allows me to enter the following details
Name
Access Number
APN
Username
Password
But not Proxy and Port
So i am not able to use this trick on my PC.......
